Fancy Popcorn: Truffle, Basil & Garlic
I am a huge fan of popcorn. It's one of my major food groups. I'll eat any type of popcorn. Sweet, salty, movie theater crappy popcorn to gourmet flavored. I also love to make it at home. The in bag kind is great for a quick snack, but I also love to try out new flavors when I make some on the stovetop.
My latest flavor connection...White Truffle Oil, Basil and Garlic.
You will need:
- 1 TBS White Truffle Oil
- 2 TPS Dried Basil
- 2 TPS Garlic Powder
Pop your popcorn in the bag in the microwave or on the stove top.
Once it's all popped, toss all the toppings to get a good coating. If you are making it on a stovetop, you can add some salt if needed.
