Garlic Ranch Chicken...on the grill!
It's summer so therefore the grill is the kitchen most nights. It adds just a little more smoke and flavor to a meal.
You will need:
- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (1 per person)
- 1/4-1/3 cup Vegenaise or Ranch Dressing (can use normal mayo if you prefer). Adjust the amount as you like. You'll need just enough to coat the chicken.
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- Ranch Powder (if you don't have ranch dressing)
- 2 cloves of garlic (diced)
Heat the grill or light the coals!
Season your chicken with the sait, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. If you are using ranch dressing, then toss in the diced garlic and coat the chicken! If you are using powered ranch, mix it with the vegenaise and diced garlic before you coat it with the chicken.
Once the chicken is coated, you can let it sit in a bowl in the fridge until the coals are ready.
Put it on the grill and cook on each side for about 7-10 minutes each side. It really depends on how hot your grill is and how thick your chicken is. Get a good char on the chicken!
Pair with your favorite summertime side or salad.
