Flat-bread

Flat-bread is quick, easy and great with hummus and all other great dips You will need:

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried herbs (I used Italian seasonings)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Preheat oven to 425, grease baking sheet or put down silicone baking sheets

Mix flour, baking powder, herbs and salt with water until dough comes together.

Knead for a few minutes until it's soft and smooth.

Divide into 2 balls and roll out to about 1/2 to 1/4 inch thick.

Brush with olive oil and top with sesame seeds.

Bake for 8-10 minutes until the bread is golden brown.

Slice and serve!
