Balsamic Reduction


A great sauce for lamb, chicken, steak, tofu...pretty much anything! You will need:

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

In a medium saucepan, add all ingredients.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. Stirring continuously. You do not want this to stick!

Let simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the vinegar has reduced down by 1/3 to 1/2. It should coat a spoon.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Serve over whatever you like! Lamb Loin Chops are a great choice.

This can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for a week or two.
