Crock Pot Pork Chops

Pork Chops can turn out reaaaaaalllly dry. Not these! Plus really easy to do on a busy day, let it cook all day in the crock pot, mine has a timer and a  "warm" setting that it goes too after it's done cooking. So simple for a cold busy day in winter or fall. You will need:

  • Bone in Pork Chops (how ever many you need)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom (or cream of potato)
  • 1 cup milk
  • Mushrooms, sliced
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tablespoon basil, tarragon, and oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 1-2 small Yukon gold potatoes, diced
  • Crock pot!

Season the pork chops on each side with salt and pepper

Dice the garlic and the potatoes

Put the Pork Chops, garlic, cream of mushroom /potato (your preference/whatever you have...like me, it changes depending on what I have in the pantry) in the crock pot

Pour in the 1 cup of milk, or just enough to cover the chops

Toss in the herbs, mushrooms and potatoes

Turn on the crock pot and cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.

Once its all cooked, take out and spoon sauce over top chops and whatever side you choose (rice, pasta, etc)

Enjoy!
